Deep water slip with 13,000lb lift on Radio Island. Short ride to many of the crystal coast's barrier islands for a day at the beach or head right out the inlet for a day of fishing. Owner has done many upgrades the past year including new wiring, new pilings, new bunks, and new motors for the lift. The slip also includes a dock box and lift remote. Owners association takes care of everything and amenities include bathrooms and shower, gate with key fob for easy access.
